
Refund Policy
At Empowered Para, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and advocacy services that empower and support every client. Because of the nature of personalized coaching, significant time, preparation, and energy go into each session and program.

1. Coaching Services
All coaching sessions (private, group, or package-based) are non-refundable once payment has been received. This policy ensures fairness, accountability, and respect for both the client’s and coach’s time and commitment.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without communication will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

2. Coaching Packages & Programs
If you have purchased a multi-session package or coaching program, the total fee covers the entire program and is non-refundable once the program begins.
In certain cases, at the coach’s discretion, credit toward future coaching may be offered if unforeseen circumstances arise (such as illness or hospitalization).

3. Speaking Engagements & Workshops
Deposits for speaking engagements, workshops, or events are non-refundable, as dates are reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a new date within 6 months, provided notice is given at least 14 days before the event.

4. Commitment to Client Success
