1. Overview

By accessing or using this website, booking services, or participating in any coaching, advocacy, or speaking engagement offered by Empowered Para, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or engaging with our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and participants (“you,” “your”). Empowered Para, (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Coaching and Advocacy Services

All coaching sessions, advocacy consultations, and speaking engagements are designed to provide information, guidance, and support — not medical, legal, or psychological treatment.
You acknowledge that:

Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, legal advice, or medical treatment.
You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results that may arise from participation in coaching or advocacy services.
Any outcomes or progress depend on your individual effort and commitment.

3. Booking and Payments

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payments are processed through approved and secure payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Prices and service offerings are subject to change without notice.
By submitting payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
For speaking engagements, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching or advocacy sessions is treated as strictly confidential.

We will not share, sell, or disclose your information without your consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm to yourself or others.

6. Accessibility and Inclusivity

We are committed to providing accessible and inclusive services to individuals of all abilities. Please inform us of any accommodations or accessibility needs before your session or event so that we can ensure a supportive experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Empowered Para, including materials, guides, presentations, and resources, is protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

By engaging in our services, you agree that Empowered Para shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in coaching, advocacy, or speaking engagements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that province.
